About Seatchartly

Seatchartly is a free tool site for people who have to decide who sits where: couples planning a wedding, teachers arranging a classroom, band directors and event organizers.

Who runs the site

Seatchartly is an independent site with one owner. For privacy we don't publish the owner's name or city; the email address at the end of this page reaches the owner directly. “Seatchartly editorial team” on our pages means this process: AI tools draft each page, and each tool's code, from the sources the page lists; a separate AI review that did not write the draft checks every claim against its source and against the tool's code; and the owner approves each page before it goes live. We are not a venue, a rental company or an event planner, and nobody whose figures we cite has reviewed or endorsed anything here.

How we work

• Every figure has a named source listed at the end of the page, with the date it was last checked. Where a number is our own calculation, we say so and show the method.
• The tools' arithmetic is tested: an automated test reruns each page's worked examples and tables against the tool's code before a release.
• We don't test furniture or attend events, so no capacity, area or spacing figure here comes from our own measurement.
• The site currently has no ads or affiliate links; if that changes, the disclosure and the pages concerned will be updated first.
