Seating chart tools
Each tool here runs in your browser: you add your own names, roster or headcount, and the result appears straight away. The names, lists and files you add are never uploaded: what a tool saves stays in this browser, with a clear button, and never reaches our server. Of what you add, our analytics receive only counts, menu choices and the type of any file you import (and whether names came out of it), never names or file contents.
Which tool does what
| Tool | You enter | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Seating chart maker | Guest names (pasted, typed or imported from a file or photo), with groups and meals if you have them; tables or rows | A chart with each guest at a table and seat, placed by tap, Auto-fill or Shuffle; a PDF, print, PNG, CSV or find-your-table link |
| Guests per table calculator | Headcount, table size, the couple's table, the room's size | Tables and spare seats, floor area, dance floor size and whether the room fits; your entries stay saved in this browser |
For a wedding or banquet, use the calculator first, since the table size decides how many tables a headcount needs, then open the maker on the layout nearest your plan and change each table's seats to what your rental company confirms. Both tools show the method and worked examples on their pages, checked by automated tests against the same code.
